Mark Tillson, CCK’s director of operations, helped bring meditation to the students of Marin Oaks High School, with the creation of the Marin Oaks Meditation Center.
As a graduate of the Novato Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Novato program, Mark was part of a team who took on the challenge of creating a meditation space for Marin Oaks students. Dubbed “Team Pacheco”, they raised nearly $7000 to equip a dedicated meditation space for the school.
Marin Oaks does exceptional work helping students in our community achieve high school graduation. We’re proud of the work shown by Mark and other Leadership Novato grads to support the school. Sometimes a quiet space is what’s needed to help students connect with their full potential.
